ANNUAL MAINTANENCE CONTRACT (AMC)
At Metaphors Designs, we are offering AMC across various industries in commercial sector which covers the all-inclusive premises excluding electronics equipments and IT equipments. Usually AMC is provided for 1 year. Through AMC, it helps to create extended life, make standard & fresh environment. With AMC you can relax and relish sitting in a convenient place to work. Good ambience and good infrastructure makes employee feel happy, and do work effectively. In Metaphors Designs we are providing AMC for both interior and construction work. In interior and construction, we are doing both commercial as well as residential work.

AMC is done on the basis of square feet of the premises. AMC charges may
fluctuate on the basis of the square feet. We are providing three types of
AMC – PLATINUM, GOLD & SILVER.

BASIS OF SQUARE FEET, AND THEIR CHARGES.

****All the Testing, cleaning & assessment of whole premises is charged only 65 Rs/sqft + GST.
ALL THE COMPLAINTS RECEIVED SHALL BE ATTENDED IN FOLLOWING MANNER
• We shall make available services from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days, except Sundays & all Public holidays.
• Complaint can be registered either telephonically or by e-mail.
• After receiving the complaint, our team will contact you and notify you the date, to be attended.
(Note; if there is any shortage in labours, or if we couldn’t able to attend the fault on that intimated date due to any technical issues, we will inform you the reason and we will attend the fault in soonest possible time).
EXCLUSION
• Electronic equipments, machineries, IT equipments or any other devices will not be covered under AMC.
• Company is not liable for any damage / total destruction’s caused by environmental hazards or causes other than ordinary.
CANCELLATION
In order to close an AMC, A company/client should intimate through email regarding the maintenance contract cancellation to us. Before forwarding the said email, the client should intimate us, how they are not meeting their expectation and the reason for cancelling the contract.
