An organisation is as successful as its Sales. World over, successful organisations realise this well in time and build a strong sales team. McKinsey Report on Sales Force Productivity feels that Sales is the least preferred profession amongst youngsters in India. Sales is considered by aspiring Indians to be one of the most difficult careers.
