It all started with a small group of likeminded individuals
Manager Homes is a result of a family of young business owners who came together with one objective – Make Trivandrum a Better, Cleaner place, one home at a time.
The whole concept started during the 2020 pandemic when a large number of houses and offices were left shut down for months on end. Once the cities started opening up slowly, there was a dearth of quality facility management companies to ensure things were up and running again. We saw this as an opportunity to ensure the type of quality that is needed for the upkeep of a vacant property, occupied residential or commercial property to help retain the standards of cleanliness set forth by International organizations, at pocket friendly prices.
Our motto is to be your “kaaryasthan”- translated to “trusted manager” of your beloved properties even while you are not nearby. Leave it to us to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of your property as if it were our own!
